Shipping & Delivery

  • Sample Products

    You can order up to 4 free sample products.

    There is a small postage charge of £2.38 at checkout for all sample products. Alternatively, you can visit our London showroom for an extensive display of cork floors


    All other products

    Your order will be processed shortly after receiving and will be sent to the delivery address witihn 1 to 2 working days for all stocked items.    

    Special order products are manufactured in Portugal with delivery times of 4 to 6 weeks once order is confirmed.

    All deliveries are kerbside only. Delivery companies are not insured to take goods into your property. Please ensure someone is there to take the delvery inside.

    Faulty Products

    Whilst we do our best to minimise any faulty products, they can sometimes be damaged in transit. Please visit our Product return page to being your return process. You will also need to:

    Send us photos of the damaged products with details of the order to hello@corkflooring.co.uk. Please do this within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

    Once your request has been made, you will be sent a confirmation of the return and further inforamtion from us to complete.

    In order for a collection to be made, the sales return request must be completed (with photographs attached).
